There is a far reaching list of symptoms that can strike during menopause, which when you think about it, is not that dissimilar to how it was when making the transformation into puberty. Here’s a list of associated symptoms you may experience, or be experiencing right now:
- hot flushes / flashes
- night sweats
- low moods
- raging anger
- sluggishness
- unpredictability
- exhaustion
- confusion
- sporadic periods
- poor memory
- sleeplessness
- digestive upsets
- skin issues
- distancing yourself
- erratic eating
- water retention
- feeling bloated
- lacking energy
- withdrawing from people
- vaginal dryness
- low libido
- loss of confidence
- middle ages spread
- an overlap of symptoms with existing chronic health
But does knowing about it help? When you’re already experiencing some of the above because of the menopause, you just want it to stop, right?
Even feeling perimenopausal can be a time of wanting to educate yourself more, while also wanting to stick your head in the sand and deny it’s even happening, after all who wants to think about the menopause before it arrives?
Being prepared and knowing what can happen and how to make it into an easier transition can reap massive rewards.
Because the menopause, or The ‘M’ Word as I like to call, can be a far more positive experience than it’s given credit for. And the quality of your menopause may well rely on what state of health you’re in when it arrives.
There are a range of factors as mentioned here, and how we look after ourselves is one of them.
The more we take responsibility for our quality of health which has a far greater impact on the quality of our life than we often give it credit for. And it’s fair to say it’s due to what this rather lovely quote from Simple Reminders prompts us to remember:

Recognising the signs of menopause
There’s another level to the game, I want to start sharing with you here, and it’s something that many people understand immediately once it’s explained.
What if every symptom you’ve ever experienced, even menopausal ones, were not random? What if they turned out to be traceable, to an event, a very specific event that you experienced before the symptoms seemed to appear in your body?
META-Health & ACE (Advanced Clearing Energetics) show us exactly that, and exactly how. Here’s the blueprint of the model they use called The Two Phases Of A Disease run down of how symptoms generally work.
It then becomes even clearer that symptoms are neither a mistake nor random. Instead we start to understand that they’re a unique and progressive way of understanding how the brain, the body and the emotions communicate with one another. This applies to illness, behaviours, compulsions, pain, and hormones.
But hold on a minute you’re saying, every women undergoes The Menopause, and you’d be correct. But how she experiences it will be trackable through a Two Phases blueprint, which includes those factors mentioned earlier.
And when it’s become unworkable for you, this way leads you out of them altogether. Getting free of the symptoms earlier than would otherwise happen, gives you all sorts of benefits of course.
And my approach addresses your symptoms with a multi-disciplined scientific ground-breaking set of methods, which show you exactly what’s been going on to create them in the first place.
