Recovering Your Mojo
As mentioned in an earlier post Health Symptoms And Being Ill, can have a major impact on your quality of life. But taking the decision to use an overall approach gives you a far better chance of making a full recovery. Other, more elegant techniques allow for deep and lasting change, by addressing physical and psychological health symptoms through a gentle but very specific approach, and can get you symptom free more readily than you probably believe possible.
They also provide more insight as to how whatever you’ve had going on, not only came about but will joins-the-dots as to what keeps triggering recurring symptoms. You might also consider some NES Health where a range of approaches tackle the problem head-on. At the same time you might want to include some temporary nutritional approaches to complete a suite of remedies, each working on a slightly different part of your overall system.
And as these integrate your biology back into a wholesome body, you get to integrate some powerful insights back into everyday life and make those changes on many levels. And if you already have a kit of preferred ways of working with yourself or someone else, these are very adaptable techniques for change. And in time you’ll become your own expert, if you keep using the tools.
Building A Healthier You
Getting yourself into a great space; mentally, physically and emotionally allows your life to take on a whole new world of possibility, and looking outside of yourself; to a partner, or work, or unhelpful coping strategies is not where the answers to self-fulfillment live.
Think about these concepts in the widest context possible, because the implications are vast in what can implode on us physiologically and psychologically, and gives you some idea of how being knocked off-kilter can throw life out-of-whack, in every which way, socially, environmentally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
Instead we must invest in a better quality for ourselves, which means; the quality of our relationships, our daily regime, the working environment, what we eat, and keeping the body supple and flexible, through a movement regime.
The rewards are boundless, because it does mean that unwanted symptoms are reversible and returning to a centred healthy body, mind and life is far easier than most people have been lead to believe, with an appropriate programme.
The Two Phases Of Disease
Learning to recognise the two phases, as previously mentioned, and how they’re probably impacting you right now, serious illness or not (because we all have stuff going on as part of the The Human Condition) will make the biggest difference as to how you even feel about unwelcome health symptoms.
I’m going to say something quite bonkers here, so hold onto your hat, because it’s very much a new paradigm of reality, and it’s that we should welcome symptoms because they bring a gift, if you’re open to accepting it, of a set of information wanting to help you learn from it and grow. There it’s said. And it provides a new and different spin on the world of Personal Development.
