Health challenges in early childhood kick-started my curiosity in how we tick. I spent a decade qualifying in overlapping mind-body somatic therapies. I love supporting Creatives into fully inhabiting their work through their authentic voice. I celebrate inclusivity and want to show up for my nieces as an example of how to age playfully.

Health challenges in early childhood kick-started a Sherlock curiosity in cause and effect.
From 2004 I spent 10-yrs training in health coaching, psyche & energy therapies.
I love seeing creatives rediscover their energetic mojo, that leads to living a purpose-driven life and the generational difference it models to their kids. Being ‘weird’ is all part of our self-acceptance.

“Jane helped me see more clearly, get calm, and means I can switch into whichever mindset I need, when I need.”
“Big changes started happening. I stopped thinking about the next meal, or ‘needing’ a dessert to appease my sweet tooth. My cravings vanished and I’m not sure how.”
“PTSD had impacted my sleep patterns. Working with Jane got me free of it.”

Admiring the hard work you put into your website
and detailed information you provide. It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same out
of date rehashed information. Wonderful read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m adding your

Thank you, your kind words are much appreciated. META-Medicine (changing it’s name to META-Health) shows this with Anxiety:
From the model of the two phases, if we look at the brain model, there are two conflicts, that would show up on a Brain CT Scan. One is on the Thyroid Gland relay and the other is on the Pharyngeal Gland relay of the Cortex. And they are created by a powerlessness conflict or a fear of being attacked from the front, these can be purely verbal or visual and do not have to have been created by actual physical attack. How does that fit in with your model of anxiety?
