If you’re suffering with Executive Stress it’s a biatch isn’t it? While trying your best to deliver the best quality of what you’re capable, in order that you help others (and yourself) as you hone your craft, get better at what you do, and become fantastic at being who you are, well it can take it’s toll.
The power of you
How you are in the world and your role in the your company, with your clients, customers, employees, patients or students, is paramount in how well you delver what you offer, and how well it’s received.
The quality of who you are comes down to how well you take care of yourself, those in your care rely on this from you, and yet it can become such a Catch 22 of getting caught up in meeting tight deadlines, aiming to over-deliver, which turns into just delivering, that finally finds you performing under par.
How open are you to being accountable for yourself? Having the label of ‘I do xxxxx’ goes no way towards saying how much integrity you bring to a role, and therein sits a sub-text in how well others trust in you, your judgement and your actions.
Empowering you to be there for others
Do you make it easy or difficult for others, are you approachable, flexible and willing to take feedback?
Learning the best from … well those striving to lead by example is what we offer here, in tandem with a friendly and open approach.
We hope you enjoy what you see and look forward to engaging in a conversation to share more about the benefits people get when they make small shifts that make a big difference. The EFT techniques are subtle but substantial in their impact.
It’s tough at the top
It’s common knowledge that since the worldwide economic recession in 2008 increasing pressure has fallen onto everyone’s shoulders, when someone leaves your organisation, suddenly their work is split between those left, instead of hiring a replacement. It’s happening on every level, everywhere.
And who’s paying the price? Are you being affected? Is it having an impact on your health because when we ignore the more subtle signs, larger more obvious symptoms can arrive as though out-of-the-blue, even though the warnings were there, but they are easier to deny.
Have you heard the one about
Have you heard the saying about the quality of what you give others is directly linked to the quality of attention you give yourself?
And I’m sure you’ve heard the one about a poor workman blaming his tools, having the most cutting-edge techniques at your disposal is certainly one way to go when it comes to helping humans get a better internal glow, if you know!
The professional trainings, bespoke packages, and specialised workshops offered here are designed to bring you the most-up-to-date cutting edge tools, techniques, and models of information found anywhere in-the-world today.
These help restore the emotional health and wellbeing of yourself first and foremost (and by-the-way it’s an urban myth to believe that putting yourself first is selfish).
And when you’re in a good state, that has a positive impact on those who rely on you for support in one form or another.
