META-Healing

Let me tell you how The META-Healing Process got started.  It’s the brain-child – so-to-speak – of Richard Flook at Why Am I Sick.

He has been in Personal Development for 20-yrs and META-Healing has only very recently been released into the world following Richard’s observations and the work he has done with clients and himself over that time.

Only 2-yrs ago he released the book Why Am I Sick which takes the principles of META-Medicine where Richard is a board member of the IMMA (the International Association) of which I am a member.

I reviewed his book at ABC Simple As where I mention the book is challenging to read, but the information is so worthwhile.  Richard is my Masters tutor and so I’ve got to know him quite well and what I can safely say is that he is a driven individual yet a kind man.

What Is META-Healing?

I’ve written quite extensively about META-Medicine on another site and will link back to those posts on this site as it develops. But the META-healing process draws extensively from a combination of tools & techniques where META-medicine is not the least of them. 

Without a META-Medicine diagnosis you can’t really get motoring with meta-healing, because it involves the brain / the organ (as in the affected area) and the heart.

Heart Math

The Heart Math Institute have made a mass of discoveries and among them is the importance the heart has to play in how we perceive ourselves and the world.  In fact if you think of that saying:

• All’s well with the world
• There’s a sense with that of feeling so good and everything seeming to flow
• Where do those feelings come from?
• It seems its a combination of the brain and the heart
• The heart’s energy frequency can be measured from as great a distance as 80 feet
• Quite a distance I’m sure you’d agree?

The META-Healing System Combines Them

META-Healing uses all of the above and more besides.   But its a lovely system and one of the beauties of it is that it allows you to integrate it with any tools you use right now. You can also move the process along by incorporating some of the NES Infoceuticals.

The Result

What’s stunning about it is the result at the end, because it takes you on a journey of discovery where you can learn how a belief, habit, compulsion or psychosis started, you’ll often realise it was inherited, and either way you will come out of the meta-healing process understanding that you no longer need what was an unhelpful feeling.
