Health challenges in early childhood kick-started my curiosity in how we tick. I spent a decade qualifying in overlapping mind-body somatic therapies. I love supporting Creatives into fully inhabiting their work through their authentic voice. I celebrate inclusivity and want to show up for my nieces as an example of how to age playfully.
