It’s a way of meeting other types of practitioners that specialise in different approaches and helps build a referral network of those you can whole-heartedly recommend to your clients.
You already know that good health isn’t a one-size-fits-all, and clients often need a range of co-operative treatments to compliment their healing.
You may also develop a connection with someone to work with as your own practitioner as this work can be emotionally draining. Having a network to reach out to for personal support, which sometimes just consists of a conversation with a fellow-practitioner that can make a huge difference, as well as developing yourself into being what it says on the tin.
This work can feel quite isolating at times, especially when family and friends don’t always quite understand what it is you do, or why, so it’s even more important to stay connected with your tribe.
