In Session Level 1 we’ll address any behaviours, that are affecting your quality of life, and appear to separate you from yourself. These are the sorts of behaviours that flare up at unpredictable moments and in unexpected ways.
When you are bound in to an uncontrollable situation, then it’s time to take back the reigns and make it be different, provided that it’s what you want for yourself. This is something that has to come from you, and that’s all Jane requires of you, the rest will happen through the sessions.
