Peter Fraser
Peter Fraser, an Australian Acupuncturist, introducted his beta understandings of NES Health into Melbourne University in the 1970’s & 1980’s , which went on to become the NES Health programme you’ll find here. In the early noughties he started selling the Provision; a scan & infoceuticals (bioenergetic drops) programme where the NES miHealth was added in 2011.
