You’re probably wondering why you’d work with me. Well I’ve been around the block and back and I craved some kind and constructive support back-in-the-day when I was developing a host of unhelpful behaviours to fill the void. Life slips by and before you know it, decades have flown, you lose people along the way and wish some things had played out differently.
I was 13-yrs old when my father died, and back then there was no counselling, no grief therapy, no memory jar. After eons of being an anxious people-pleaser, feeling misunderstood and failing to fit-in, I began training in a plethora of tools I draw from in this programme because I’m driven to help other people feel better sooner. I want that for you so that you can find the laser focus to find the confidence to carve out a decent life for yourself right now.
Life really is too short to waste on making do, getting by, falling under the radar, often doing what seems to please other people (even though you don’t know that’s what you’re doing at the time and btw it doesn’t).
