This all-singing-all-dancing 12-mth Health Coaching Programme includes unlimited consultations and full access to all Jane’s services. This programme tailors to getting you where you want to be to make health and weight changes that bring about new and invigorated levels of wellbeing. We’ll gauge your progress through an ongoing Health & Weight Plan, your GP’s input is welcome if that helps.
