If you feel its downward spiraling then you’re in the right place, because believe it or not, your current situation is not your fault and one of the first things I want to say is … its okay to ‘stop beating yourself up’.
The downward spiral of stress & anxiety
Perhaps you’ve been dealing with mood swings, stress, anxiety or depression and in additon you may have developed poor coping strategies such as addictive behaviours, such as turning to food, alcohol and other unwanted self-destructive acts that give a welcome release at the time, but leave you feeling even lower. And maybe some of these aspects are impacting your personal relationships with partners, friends or family adding unwanted strain and fatigue.

It’s something you can break through, without having to go long and hard into the story’s behind those feelings and disruptive mood changes.
Because it’s naturally reversible, it means there’s a scientific basis behind it that’s based in your bio-physical chemistry. Of course you’ve no need to understand that part unless you’re curious as I was, in order to get a very different result and life experience to what you have right now.

But they are quite magical in providing remarkable results in far less time than was previously thought possible.
